‘Barvikha in Red’ kicks off special anniversary events

Today the Barvikha Luxury Village in Moscow sees the start of a three-day event, the first in a series of dedicated client activities this year to celebrate Ferrari’s 10th anniversary in Russia.
Russia has been fundamental in Ferrari’s strategy of extending its influence in emerging markets while maintaining the marque’s exclusivity. Celebrating the 10th anniversary of Ferrari’s presence in Russia is testimony to the importance of the market.
“It gives us great pleasure to be here to celebrate Ferrari’s 10th anniversary in Russia where we have some of our most passionate clients,” commented Massimo Gallotta, Ferrari’s Regional Sales Manager at the inauguration of the event today. “Over the years we have seen how our Russian clients appreciate our core values of exclusivity linked to advanced technological innovation”.
While it is true that Russia is still a relatively new market for Ferrari, there are increasing numbers of collectors in the country and there has been a considerable growth in interest in the company’s motor sports heritage, undoubtedly helped by the announcement of the first Formula 1 Russian Grand Prix race to be held in Sochi in October. A heritage that will be celebrated in style with one of the most important events to be staged during this anniversary year: the first ever Esperienza Ferrari track driving course for clients to be held at the Moscow Raceway in June with the support of official Ferrari instructors.
Also coinciding with the anniversary celebrations is the announcement of special, exclusive Tailor-Made appointments for a small number of F12berlinettas for the most discerning Russian clients. Featuring two different unique exterior colours and prestigious Poltrona Frau ‘Soul’ Collection leather trim, the F12berlinettas will be further personalized with a special commemorative inscription.
